Excercise Ramblings 101: Jumping Back into Fitness

After the holidays I slowly fell out of my exercise routine, so naturally over a few months I gained most of 2011's weight loss back. With my jeans getting a little too tight for comfort, I have decided I need to exercise everyday even if I don't want to! On Sunday I started the Insanity program. I've done some of the workouts before, but I never could keep up with it. Now I'm on my 4th day! It's not easy! My legs are killing me and I'm looking forward to my rest day on Saturday.
