Beginner P-spot Massager Review

It's been a busy year for me and I've gotten a little behind on writing reviews for this blog. Back in the early spring, I signed up to review the Beginner P-spot Massager by Aphrodisia.

Personally, anal play has always been a "no no" for me. However, there is a good reason why I wanted I was interested in trying a prostate massager.

A while back, I learned about prostate massage therapy, which is exactly what it sounds like. It involves massaging the prostate for either medical or therapeutic reasons. Some men suffer from prostatitis or an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia), and massage therapy (also called prostate milking) can ease fluid blockages that causes painful ejaculations. Massage therapy can also help with erectile dysfunction and urine flow.

While I don't have any of the above problems, I am in my late 30s, so having a healthy prostate is extremely important to me.

The Beginner P-spot Massager is made out 100% hypoallergenic body safe silicone and it features a slender shaft on an ergonomic base. The silicone is very flexible, but firm enough for anal insertion. Using a lubricant is highly recommend! The extended handle makes it easy to manipulate the movement of the shaft.

The massager retails for $7.95 on Eden Fantasys, but it's currently out of stock. The good news is that the product page says it will be back in stock by January 4, 2019. However, if you can't wait until then, Eden Fantasys has a great selection of prostate massagers to choose from.

Exercise Ramblings 101: The Holiday Blues

Yeah, it has been awhile since I last posted on this blog, as I do most of my blogging on Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. I thought I would at least get this one post written and published before the end of the year.

I've been more busy than ever with reviewing books, DVDs/Blu-rays and products on the other blog, but I'm way behind with books piled up on my desk and products piled up on the floor to review. I am determined to get everything reviewed before Christmas, which will be only two weeks away this Thursday. That doesn't leave very many shopping days left, though I have pretty much all of my Christmas shopping finished.

Over these last few months, I have put on a few extra pounds on top of what I already have, so of course my New Year's Resolution is to get back into shape. Actually, I need to get into a daily routine of exercising and stay away from sodas. Maybe joining a weight loss group through the telemedicine companies or somewhere else would be a good jump-start. Then again, maybe I should just drag out one of the many Tae Bo workouts that I own and kick-box my way back into shape.

To tell you the truth, I'm considering doing some sort of New Year's Resolution guide or "A New In 2015" posts on my other blog, in which I could review health related products. Then maybe I can stay on track and drop a few pounds.

Heart Rate Watches Are an Important Factor In Losing Weight

Losing weight ultimately comes down to a simple numbers game. You have to create a deficit, which means you must burn more calories than you take in overall. We all burn a certain amount of calories just by living and breathing. This number is known as our basal metabolic rate. When we actively burn calories, we also must fuel our bodies to get through the day. Ultimately, the idea is to eat at above your BMR, while still maintaining a deficit by exercising.

To accurately take account of our gains and losses, it's best to use a device like a heart rate monitor, which can get an accurate reading by using electrical impulses. Without a heart rate monitor, there's not an accurate method with which you can find the precise numbers. While there are a wealth of online logs of the calories expended doing a range of activities, these are merely estimates. They can be off by quite large margins because we are all different and are starting at out on our own unique fitness levels.

You can find a wide range of heart rate sports watches from HeartRateMonitorsUSA.com. There are different brands like Garmin and Polar, which are quite popular among fitness enthusiasts. Ultimately, your choice comes down to what you find necessary for you. Some of the most high-end models feature a great deal of extra features that you probably won't need. If you feel like making the extra investment, you may as well go for a model that's strap-less.

Clinical Trials are Life Saving

I’ve been on a health kick as of lately ever since my allergies started to act up. My goal is to lose weight and get back into shape this year. People will never think they are going to become sick until it happens, so it is important to stay in shape. If you do happen to have bad health leading to a tumor or cancer, there are many options including chemo, radiation, surgery, and even clinical trials.

cureLauncher is a website about lifesaving clinical trials ranging from diabetes to cancer. This is a great way to connect patients to a specific trial. Everyone wants to improve their quality of life, even if they already diagnosed with a life threatening disease. You can start by getting updated by the recent advanced treatments and volunteering yourself for the clinical trials as soon as they are available. This is only way to get access to the newest cutting edge medicines that can save your life. Visiting cureLauncher is not a charity as their purpose is to help patients find the right clinical trials and for the clinical trails to find the right patients.

Review:

2013 is upon us and that means people are starting (or attempting) their New Years Resolutions, so basically everyone has regrets of overeating during the holidays and wants to try work off those extra ten pounds in January. Recently I had the chance to review the fitness book 21 Days to Transform Your Body from DL FIT in exchange for my honest review.
